it gives then the coin to install the 1st box but i doubt it will have any impact on further drawdowns of the equity facility.
IMO the free oppie was an unnecessary incentive with the shares being so cheap in the 1st place
Note that the broker will underwrite the rights issue, clearly they see them as cheap with a very attainable strike price.
