Hi Valuesearcher, I can comment that if you speak to the right person at EDM as I recently did, they will advise that employment of mine staff is raring to go once the transaction is settled. Apparently the local government people are totally supportive of the transaction and looking to assist in any way they can given that the unemployment rate in this area is unbelievable. Apparently mine senior management are staying on and also waiting for that day when they can get this mine developed as it could be.
I have said before on here that I have some knowledge of the Baita area having spent time there in a previous life, and I look forward to seeing this asset coming back to life, and EDM growing and locating a few more assets of a similar ilk. But its those tailings in particular that I like, sitting there waiting to be reprocessed.
