D, 3TCF is worth about $12bn, or roughly the M, I & I resource at 0.2%Cu (i.e., the maximum resource) from that other Co.
Which has the best risk/reward ratio? They'll both have roughly the same number of shares on issue after the other co's GM. They are at about the same level of development, but CEL will be able to get into production sooner, for less extra capital.
