re: Ann: Update on Revised Offer and Unithold... this latest doc still does not state whether EPN can vote on the wind up meeting.
clearly it will go to court.
If EPN cannot vote then they may be forced to raise the offer price so as to avoid a YES vote to wind up the company.
If they can vote they will defeat the motion no probs.
not sure if they can get the court proceedings finished prior to the vote - will take time.
