    i dont get this 'keep raising funds at cheap prices'.

    They raised funds at approximately 10% premium and 25% premium to the current share price around 8-10 months ago. Since that time they havent done any capital raisings.

    I've been hearing how the 'next cap raising is just around the corner' since november last year.
