Prior to this conversion, US$3.1M remained on the debt, and 24,379,746 conv notes remained for ML if they desired.
Situation now is NDO debt reduced by this conversion to US$1.8M, and payable by Sept 2011 (deadline).
ML still have 9,038,714 conv notes they can convert at AUD8c, which would come to approx US$765,511 (todays FX)...if they convert the last lot it will reduce the debt further to US$1.1M, which NDO will have to pay by Sept.
