It is the general attitude-preferences throughout the islamic world. Then some 'westerners' have the hide to claim that not all muslims are the same.......
And one has to bear in mind Indonesians are not Arabs.......Just muslims.
If you go to an Arab-Islamic country , those anti-human parasites idolise the two most hated (by the civilised world) murderers Bin Laden and Saddam Hussain.....
How can we then trust islamic people?
