Can someone clarify for me how the options granted to management (as reported in the AR), with a zero strike price, acutally work?
Am I missing something? If the normal terms applicable to exec options apply, then the incentivizing affect of the grants is nothing.
I'm in Canada, and may not be understanding the Australian process correctly, but here there would be legal eagles circling this type of options granting.
