re: Ann: ASX request for retraction of statem... Marcs, there is nothing wrong with publishing an estimate. However, if it is only an estimate based on limited evidence which is not JORC compliant then they must include a disclaimer as per my earlier post. Basically they must point out that the estimte is conceptual only and may finally result in a reserve that is larger, smaller or non existant.
