no I think NG is fine he is good with people and astute financially and supports minority shareholders, but he needs to admit that he needs a 2IC that has a well rounded technical experience in both mining and plant throughput and is an aggressive go-getter if I was him I would be head hunting from SLR or NST or from the challenger mine giving the employee a bunch of out of the money oppies and a retainer sallary and then step back from operations.
Thats just my 2 cents and its easy to form an opinion sitting in an arm chair
