Renters are 'genuine' debtor consumers. Renters can't get credit on, nor can we negative gear our rents. Therefore renters are an anchor in the widepread debtors world. We are the boogie-people.
Rents are NOT going up - what's more this is a great opportunity for renters to re-negotiate there rents.
My rent has not increased for 18 months. I'm now in the process of re-negotiating my rent down.
