Chinese customs authorities have stopped another batch of ferro-tungsten from being illegally exported, market sources tell MB, following the first seizure of 160 tonnes five weeks ago. "A total of 570 tonnes of smuggled ferro-alloys cargoes were found in a railway warehouse in Guangxi, out of which there were around 20-40 tonnes of ferro-tungsten," said Huang Mingxing, chairman of Vietnam Youngsun Tungsten Industry Co. Maybe those wanting the FeW in Vietnam should look for a legal supplier closer to home.
