...and two weeks ago no one thought a 28 cent cap raising would be conducted, especially before listing in The States.
Because nothing is guaranteed, especially in this market. That's why.
All the guys listening to people here telling who ever would listen to buy up when PRR was in the forties would probably agree as well.
But like I said, PRR may be different.
