Immoral isn't really the right word, ethics better suits it!
... Not really sure if it is unethical if speculators drive up the price's and deny the opportunity for many Australians to own one considering the artificial influence in the market. Namely to much government meddling and monetary policies.
If it was a market left to naturally value itself we wouldn't be seeing prices at these levels.
I also believe number of properties allowed to own, foreign ownership and corporate ownership should be regulated.
Not to worry. Doesn't matter what happens we'll see a major correction in Australian property anyway. Will it happen over a long time or short time is the question.
