Hi Denial ! my rough maths suggest M & G have spent just over $60m buying 22m shares (15% before OW dilution ) that's an average purchase cost of $2.75 that's over $1 below below what Oceanwide have paid for their current 15%
M & G will need to buy another 13 million on market if they want to also get 19.9% to match Oceanwide ( presuming OW get FIRB and shareholder aproval )
