what happened

As per the share price, my confidence in the company is near an all-time low and fast fading to nil as per my options.

In their 10 years of existence, this mob has not delivered one single project, not one.

I would dearly love to know how many people are currently employed by the parent company and what the hell they're doing. We have one project currently in progress (ArTiMist) which is being managed by 3rd parties, so apart from collecting their pay cheques each week, what the hell are these people doing.

I'm seriously considering filing for a motion of no confidence in this board, only thing stopping me is time and the impact it may have to our loyal shareholders.

IMO I don't think the company is very confident in ArTiMist, hence the selling by our dear directors at 6+ and hence why they now want to hold onto West Coast.

I would love to be proved wrong, but judging from past efforts I don't think we can expect much to ever come out of this company.
