The directors/management, however you want to refer to them, "un-privatised" Tshipi when they undertook the reverse take over of Jupiter. I doubt they are going to reverse this by now buying asset back for a higher price
the company is public so that there is access to capital markets ie funding for the mines.
silence doesn't help the hype but its a good sign - the company is focused on building the mines.
I like all hope that some coking coal acquisition news surfaces soon (like the company flagged) but these assets are very expensive right now
