    Haven't had the do yet davo. I'm catering for a weekend retreat for 10 people in August, so just gathering ideas at the moment. The more tapas, the less I've got to worry about the main dinner, and they'll do well for lunch fillers too.

    gg- how're you going? All good I hope. Yes, fresh tomatos are a great appetiser and healthy too. I thought I'd do bruschetta with tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red onion, garlic and basil. Fresh sour dough bread on the side - self serve.
