slick, you may be right but just going off past construction performance, I was shot down when I said in early April that I doubted they'd be ready by end of april, and here we are a month later. After seeing the ponds yesterday I cant see them using them for at least a few weeks, just imo though. I'de be happy if they turned the 1 completed pond on tomorrow.
