Presuming no misprint in the announcement nor info below (and please someone used to these conversions check the facts and figures), but my workings give the following cash positive results to STI which would indicate rights bought from STI for cash. I won?t get excited until someone checks this please.
Using the following data : (conversions from xrates.com) :
Immune Network VSE (Vancoover Exchange) IMM : Canadian $0.23 = US $0.240737
Zodiac Capital NSX (National Exchange) ZOD : Australian $0.01 = US $0.01
Stirling ASX STI : Australian $0.004 = US $0.004275
Announcement :
IMM issue 20 million shares to STI : Value US $4,814,740.00, once statutory requirements updated
STI to purchase 5 million Immune Network Shares
AT US$0.02 : Value US $100,000.00
BY the issue of 12.5 million STI shares at US $0.004275 : Value US $53,437.50
AND
Zodiac Capital issuing 333,333 shares at US $0.10 : Value US $33,333.30
Add the value of the STI and ZOCAP shares = US$86,770.80.
US $4,814,740.00 less US$86,770.80 = $4,727,969.20 to STI ?
