If I were the hypothetical partner, I will seriously wait for the company to go bust and pick it up at dirt cheap liquidation price. I know some may say that is impossible for gns to go bust. Well, the longer they drag without JV partner the higher chance of the company goin belly up. GNS don have the time game privilege, they have lots of Tasmanian in the payroll including some high paid boards of executive.
Won't speculate too much on the future prospect of GNS coz the SP will do the talking over time.
