Interesting to note that DWS gave a market update in its investor presentation dated 18/5. Specifically that softer than expected trading conditions have existed in 2nd half of the 2011 financial year.

I wonder how this correlates to CSV's IT division.
If CSV's IT divisions starts to come underpressure this could present additional problems as CSV was relying on the IT division cash flow to help with tightness in cash flow from the print division.

This is just speculation on my behalf.
I no longer hold a position in CSV (although i hold a position in DWS and am happy to continue to hold since DWS has no debt), nor will i be establishing a new position, regardless of how low the price goes, until i can achieve satisfaction that their cash flow situation has been rectified.
