That's a moot point. These options are, if approved, a shareholder approved cash dividend to be paid from treasury at the time of exercise. It does not matter if it is not veested until 2014. The fact remains that it is a compensation expense to the tune of millions, offset by zero (i.e. the cost of exercise).
