Sorry Intell, I didn't realise the connection you were making with Dr Allen Bain.

Good ol' Dr Bain is the CEO of Immune Network and also a Director of Zodiac Capital. And shareholders are just supposed to accept that this is not disclosed in STI announcements.

But the kicker is that Peter Boonen was (don't know if he still is) a Director of Immune Network as well.

How is this even legal? So STI conduct all the capital raisings, diluting only STI stock, and Zodiac takes half of the Zocap Products profit (if ever they eventuate) and the Immune Network now gets to market ImmunoXel instead of STI. Very crafty.

Where's ASIC when you need them. Nowhere, as usual.
