Prr apparantly approached their media connections last night to have the info coincide with an announcement this morning. Nothing wrong with that, providing they make the announcement this morning to have the market fully informed.
This is just the beginning of other countries coming onboard.
Expecting a rush on the share price as this was unexpected.
