There are currently 11,000 PRR shareholders & given the company will have all the required capital & not wanting to overdilute I imagine there will be a MASSIVE CUTBACK to the $15,000, hence if you want to get set I don't believe you will see prices much lower than current.
Anyone see the very +ve article in today's AFR (page 27, I think) ??
