Fairly evident from the Chairman's speech that NDO have been lobbying hard to have the remaining amount of the convertible note converted rather than repay the debt.
Looking at it, now is the last opportunity to unload those con-note shares without taking a risk on the result of Gindara - that is what I think is happening.
Sell side does seem rather loaded, but there are probably quite a few people who "just want their money back" and maybe a few institutions as well.
I hope the selling ends soon.
