Yes K1 agree it's not hard to be cynical of RBS. Their assessment of the time frame for Fonda approval is based purely on the market information available and general approval times, so it's a conservative approach. It certainly doesn't take into account that the formal approval process was successfully completed in January.

I think the fact that they have now included the drug development platform in their valuation for the first time says it all. I mean it is not as if anything has changed so why include it now, I reckon they think approval is imminent.

The company certainly thinks so, have spoken to them, and they are convinced that it will be approved in June, hence page 4 and the time frames included in the presentation. This is based on no contact from the FDA since Jan, if there are problems from the FDA perspective they raise those quickly, and means that approval is coming.
