This stock has been held for quite some time now and even before any mention of the CR IMO. The stock is being manipulated. Volume of trade is relatively small and many appear to want to hold but everytime the stock looks like going Northwards, in steps a seller to hold it back.
All my opinion of course but after watching the last couple of months, I believe in what I have said.
