    This seems like a huge discount to the offer price.

    I appreciate that shareholders have had a rough time but as a new shareholder 30.5-31 cents is a 12% discount for approximately 70 days investment.

    These discounts only encourage new shareholders in just to make a really nice gain.

    The risk appears extremely slim, but I would be happy to hold at the P.E. ratios mentioned.
