In the likely chance of a scaleback do we know in advance what type of scaleback will be applied?
Should we expect a hard cap ? (ie 8,000 shares each)
Or a percentage of what we applied for (say if we apply for $10,000 we get 35% of this ($3,500)).
I just need to try and plan for the future :)
