1up you are talking about a merger.Slightly different situation there i think. I remember RRL as a classic example. They did a 1 to 10 consolidation, so 10 cents to a dollar. Then the price dropped slowly and ended up at 8cents.It took a take over and a new board of directors to tun it around.Went up more than 2500% from its lows. I cashed in much earlier, but thats another story.
