So, (while I agree with you), why on earth making some prediction that we will be generating cash flows by a certain stipulated date, and that, we will do this, and that we will do that, when we didn't even had any money to do anything.

To any investors looking into investing with us, and to some others which have been in it for many years, that would have to be very disturbing.
