today's announcement was ok - and that's it, ok

dubai will do anything for attention - i've been there three times - biggest harlot in the ME

anyway, sure, it will produce revenues, but know one can say how much yet, so there is a very unknown pipline factor atm

the same moves into north africa, europe and especially Chine would be great, and are no doubt planned

(though, not wishing to sound insensitive, but the Chinese authorities may not be as enthusiastic about saving women from ovarian cancer, if you bother to look at the population charts, and remembering China's still having their child policy.. don't want to inflame the threads, but these are marketing realities/considerations)

sure today helps with the impending NASDAQ listing, but US investors ain't chumps - they'll size up the cancer market in the ME, then pull detailed data about treatments in the UAE, and in particular Dubai, then especially this one hospital

and it is one hospital

with only so many beds available, and only so many oncologists who know anything about ovarian cancer.. - so what this heralds is the idea of ovarian sufferers in the ME not having to fly to the US or Germany or wherever else, but the facilities need to be in place, as too the cancer specialists, to meet any idea of demand coming from overseas for treatment with CVac... basically, Dubai is starting with nothing, and waiting to see what demand is like before any further spend occurs

once that demand rises, then perhaps more beds and doctors will be added, but as far as tomorrow is concerned, that hospital didn't open a new wing dedicated to ovarian cancer today, just a partnership with PRR

so no rivers of PRR revenue this financial year from Dubai, nor likely next year

but it still remains vitally important for those sufferers that they do treat

yes, ME sufferers will hit the place hard, (those that choose this remedy), and after expected further trumpeting of successes out of Dubai, then people with enough cash from the West (et al) will start to arrive... but that won't be tomorrow, or before the end of the year likely.. probably next year, maybe

and yes, the increased sufferer traffic to Dubai will assist while everyone is dangling their legs waiting on FDA targeted trials, but one hospital ain't enough, despite the likely succeses to be heard about

so.. where do we go?

well, go check out some other bios that didn't bother to wait for the FDA imprimatur..

- sure many are doing the protracted FDA thing, but they're also running head first into product sales in europe, asia and africa, having realised that the FDA process isn't necessarily about quality control, but more to do with the US Federal Govt's fiscal control measures over drug spending it has to pay for..

point is, there are more humans than just Americans, thus why today's little announcement is good, as it shows the company isn't soley Yank focussed

but we need to see more territory announcements like today's, that have more humans living in them

i'm sure our Prima chiefs have had this conversation across many a business and dinner table, but we need to understand that despite the apparent holy grail NASDAQ listing, for helping to serve America's dying, there are many more regulatory authorities that need to be submitted to, like Dubai's UAE system, and that all take time

haven't got a whole lot more to say at this juncture except.. we have a big long road to walk.

the US will be a good and valuable market, but the rest of the world represents the true value, the biggest value
