I see no point answering , when all that happens is a slur fest , all I wanteed was to chat to Ip about valuations .

I never created the link between Befesa and SSC , I simply granted that it was agreed previously as I have seen it mentioned many times , Super mentioned it to discredit befesa I granted it .

Befesa is in the US , has bought a buisness there , wants to grow there , but as I read it as yet have not won a tender or signed a deal as on salt slag.

Same as MHN they both state this is an objective

Rather than argue .take a read of the annual report of a key competitor

My question was a negative , ie trying to understand how in this division they can have 700e revenue yet just 8% odd net profit when MHM hopes to have far different retruns on its revenue


On the positve side if you read the report on Befesa you can see they have fingers in heaps of pies , so MHM have the ability to sneak under their guard and steal a march
in this US market

Europe looks like theirs as they have 50% already

If MHM do get geelong up and running , sign a deal with Tennessee , mhm makes a very nice target for befesa as it appears to be owned by a great business with huge revenue , income dividends and history of taking over companies as they did with befesa in 2010 .

Good reading and I am sure MHN shareholders will get more positives than negatives reading about this 2 billion euro business
