I tend to agree with you snowball. To sell 50,000 odd shares to try to fund the SPP with a chance that some or a good part of those funds will be returned at a later date is a bit risky. Each to his own and it just may pay off but for me I'm just happy to hold what i have and buy on market if it dips.
