I am no expert but I try consider both technical views and fundermantals,,,the past few weeks when CCC was around 4.9-5 SOME technical guys were looking for the stock to reach lower levels closer to 4,5 cents before they bought..after the update/news today and the volume I am thinking that the technicals may be different now,,,looks to have stronger support and the buyers are happy to pay 5.1 even 5.2...looks like things have changed and I got a few more, I like the chances of an uptrend starting...

DYOR,,,this is just my opinion,,,looks like good buy to me especially with Germany dumping Nuclear, ect ect
