So it seems the Dubai and other early potential commercialisation prospects ARE the real deal are are normal approaches within varying regulatory jurisdictions.

You did the right thing to offer your concerns and in the process not only have those concerns been allayed you have also provided all of us with the opportunity to share the information you have received and to allay the concerns others may have had in respect to the Dubai announcement. It also prevents potential misrepresentations whether inadvertent or deliberate on the issue.
