But from here on in I think we are dealing with very reluctant sellers and the white swan opportunity probability is also higher ( they would have promised the cap raising partakers of some good news tsooner than later to get the dough!) so on balance of technical and fundamental risk analysis... I think this is for the very least an atractive BUY zone.

Charts never lie but they don't always tell the truth either.
