ACB I also opposed the mining tax as originally proposed on the detail but agreed with it in principle. Now after some changes it is time to implement one.
Regards the NBN you know quite well that Armidale etc are all trial installations with a low number of connections. I think it will be about another two years before it's rolled out for the masses and eight years before it reaches everyone.
