Seriously? Now that is something! We have also succeeded in altering the Board structure.

I think the Notes compromise was tokenistic on Jinchuan's part, foot in the water to test the temperature. As it stands we still suffer the uncertainty of nearly 100% dilution with the remaining Notes + capital raising, this is forever going to dampen the SP & prevent fair value. Market reaction so far tells us this, but we need to give it a few more days - after that we must consider continuing the campaign or we will still be here by the next AGM.

Feedback indicates that brokers liked the shareholder campaign so we can go forward if needs must.
