Loobs - I kind of understand where you're coming from - but, the 'art of negotiation' does not include lying and then boasting about your lies.
The art of negotiation has alot to do with respect for the person you are trying to make a deal with, taking an attractive angle, persistence and persuation.
It definitely does not include corrupt behaviour.
No differant from most things in life!
