Non binding MOU and feasibility study. Not worth the paper it's written on. All the word before hand was a 50% stake, now it's going to drag on with a feasibility study. This news won't fire the sp, especially not today as it's all been factored in. Expect sp to see a small greed with perhaps red today imo.
