updated valuation report and new shareholder

just scanning the net and stumbled upon a just released Mikoh updated valuation report from Arrowhead BIS U.S.. It states a 24th May date.
Not much different to the previous reports and all extremely positive about Mikoh and its future with a independent valuation range of around 20c a share compared to the 2c share price.
The huge news is I did however notice that a Mal Frazer Clay has joined the register in a big way and is now the 2nd largest holder in Mikoh according to the new report. I have never noticed him as a shareholder before in past reports so am guessing he has been the big on market buyer of late.
A quick net search shows that Mr Clay seems to be a big player in the technology companies world.
He is the ceo of MVSS pty ltd which looks a serious company whom has some major partners including IBM, Sun Micro and Dell on their website.
as what looks to be a big tech company you would expect them to have done a lot of homework before taking such a large shareholding.
it is surely a very positive sign.
hopefully after the egm all the directors and board of Mikoh will again purchase another large whack of shares each on market at a lot cheaper price then last time to show us all that they are serious about this company and totally believe in its future.
directors buying even more shares again on market with the share price struggling would be another enormous tick for the long suffuring and is the least they could do to again send a message that we are all in this together.
hopefully mr sealy and the hanamuns guys have invited as many brokers and potential new investors as possible to tomorrows meeting to hear the real story.
it is pointless preaching to the convereted so hopefully they have organised lots of non mikoh shareholders there whom will leave wanting to become one.
it seems that perhaps some of the writers wishful 'ifs" maybe in fact real.
gotta love what a little net surfing can uncover.
