    Called the WA Supreme Court today. A 'discontinueance' was issued on the case by Qlegal, working for Thaler, on the 31st May. The judgement set for 9th June has been withdrawn.

    This information is in the public domain and is freely available to all...

    I do not know what this means, ie. another case, etc. however, it looks like Thaler has pulled out!
