Boris - I also sign a few MOUs and non disclosure agreements a year myself. There's a difference between due diligence looking at company details revealed in a spreadsheet or corporate document or two versus "come and join me and sit next to me in my office" for 1/2 a year.
I'm not condemning the MOU - just wondering why there is so little being offered by the other party at this stage.
In the end I'd rather question than just accept. We have all been questioning management for a while now - why stop now?
