How about making an offer that is FAIR? One that the independant direcors might consider to be more than "could be reasonable"?

Then maybe I'll give it some consideration.

In the meantime, you have 56% or so of the Co. Still a LONG way to go before any any compulsory acquisition.

Have to agree with the the above however. Its certainly attractive. From EPN's perspective that is!
