Spider, I wouldn't assume that the DFS will be confidential. I'm assuming that the Indians are wanting involvement in the DFS - how else do they then go out and obtain/provide finance?

In the end, no different then when I provide a payment for 1st right of refusal on a property purchase , gaining first access to data for due diligence, I stump up CASH to make my position genuine and provide financial incentive to the vendor to give greater consideration to me as a potential purchaser when compared to someone who just rolled up to the property auction (as such).

I note that we are now negative for the day but on a healthy volume. Accumulation? Not sure. Sellers on news - certainly.
