ERML advises that the ?Independent Directors? for the purposes of the Previous Target?s Statements now comprises Daniel Hurwitz and David Oakes. The remaining Independent Directors make no change to their revised recommendation as set out in the Supplementary Target?s Statement. ===========================================================
Firstly David Spruell and Steven Guttman did us a great service. I hope they are looked after by Karma.
One would hope Mr Hurwitz and Mr Oakes are not puppets of EPN. With a Hurwitz being a Jewish / Israeli name I have my doubts.
Also I wouldn't put it past EPN to act closer to outright criminal activity.
