I see what your saying Septa. It says BEE2 will pay $20-30m of the loans in part consideration for their acquisition of the stake. In theory there may be a further payment. I think what they mean though is that the balance of the consideration is the $5.4m paid by CCC to BEE1. We'll find out I guess. The deal seems a good one for CCC, just accessing the cash. Although, if BEE2 don't buy the whole stake, and its at the $20m level, CCC they have paid a high price at 5.4m for cash now.
